Return policy
Within Ukraine
Should you receive a damaged item, please immediately notify both us and the delivering carrier. Once established that the item was damaged during transfer, you or the carrier will be requested to return the item to its originating address. Once the item is received at the originating address, you will be reimbursed for applicable shipping fees and receive a full refund for the purchased item.
Should you want to return the item for other reasons,* you will be responsible for the following fees:
- If the item was stocked in our gallery:
- return of the item to its originating address, including insurance
- shipment of the item to the destination address, including insurance
- If the item you ordered was shipped by the artist/crafter to our gallery:
in addition to the above costs you will be responsible for:- shipping of the item by the artist/crafter to our gallery, including insurance
- shipping of the item by our gallery back to the artist/crafter, including insurance
Outside of Ukraine

Return of the item for other reasons* is possible only upon mutual agreement of the terms of such a return.
* reasons must be given in writing (by email) within 48 hours of receipt of the item
